I'm wondering how long I would have to wait for it if not emailed them. On the 14th day I've sent email to them to remind that this not been sorted yet. Check it properly whether you bought brand new item. I'm not stupid and I knew straight away that it wasn't. They claim that what I received was a brand new hoverboard. I had a argument with customer service representative about it. I paid £200 for an item that I believe: someone bought it, used it, and returned it and then the seller changed some parts ( standing pads, or rubber on weels) to make it look like brand new and tried to resell it. Plastic surface had so many scratches that I knew it wasn't brand new. I decided to open it up just to have a look at it. I've ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Xmas.
